Updating Inspector Gadget

ok I'm sorry this picture,sucks I hate it!!! It didn't work out at all!! Makes me sad!! Besides I did it all during Lord of the Rings Return of the king and I really wasn't paying any attention to aything. You know the urkai leader with the massive thing on his face- he sounds too much like Dr. CLaw!!! I was confused and giggling so the drawing looks dumb!! Once again markers and some computer coloring on the wall floor and rug.
